And you tell me that
You are left with just a few days.
Your rapidly falling health
Convinces you of your end.
But I refuse to believe it,
Even if it were true.
For it’s not the days,
But the minutes,
That make us alive.
Every moment with you is special,
Even if they are virtual.
The tsunami of desires
Has stripped my inhibitions,
For I am not afraid of death,
As we will meet all over again.
Our passion will never die,
Just wait for me,
I will join you in our ethereal youth,
Unrestrained and unfiltered.
And if I die before you,
I will wait
To hold you in my arms
When you join me
Someday later,
In our happily ever after.
